Computer Lab - Beginner Robotics (Grades 1-3) - Fee:$25.00
*6 week, 1 hr. class run by Computer Explorers (​www.computerexplorers.com​) Get your kids started on a career that is rewarding in so many ways. You can make a hungry alligator teach science, technology, engineering, and maths and have fun doing it with Lego’s We Do robotics kits, PC software, and specialized curriculum. Measuring time, distance and using variables. Working with simple machines, gears, levers, pulleys and exploring various science topics. Using software media; designing and creating a working model; using digital technology in a meaningful way; documenting, structuring, explaining ideas using digital technology. Example: Build the WeDo alligator, then challenge students to research what they eat.

Hair and Cosmetology ​ ​(Grades1-3) - Fee:$20.00
*6 week, 1 hour class run by Caterina Hawk of Millennia Salo​n Students will learn the latest in hair and nails, as well as regular tips for personal hygiene. Whether it’s braids, twists, tails, or curls, students will learn the tools to maintain a fashionable and healthy appearance.

Writing With Purpose (Grade 3) - Fee: No Charge
*4 week, 1 hr. Class run by Williams Township 3rd Grade Teacher, Mrs. Dickson 3rd grade students will learn how to free write, connect text, and respond to formal prompts. The students will reflect, share, and respond to each other, creating a risk free writing environment. At the end of these sessions, they will have confidence in their writing, because writing is easy with the right tools!

Jazz Funk Dance (2 -4) - Fee: $10.00
*6 Week, 1 hour class run by Williams Townships own Katie Aquino Dance your way through an hour of high energy jazz/funk dance, set to pop music. We will start with an upbeat warm-up, then move to basic across the floor technique where students will learn to let loose and be themselves. We will then end every class learning jazz/funk dance choreography to pop hits. This class will give them a pep in their step and gain dance confidence.

WarriorFit Performance – Cross Fit Training Program (Grades 1 & 2) _ Fee: $40.00
*6 weeks, 1 hr. class run by Ted Snow of WarriorFit Performance The Kid's Fit Program consists of: (1) Teaching and instructing Warm-Up Exercises to prevent injury, (2) Mobility and Partner Drills that improve flexibility and strength, (3) Speed and Agility Drills that improve balance, coordination and motor skills, (4) Team Relays and Challenges that teach teamwork and sportsmanship, and (5) Fitness Tests that provide a baseline for each kids development
The Kid's Fit Program is designed to: (1) Improve motor skill development, (2) Develop a stronger body structure, (3) Aid in injury prevention, (4) Increase balance and coordination, (5) Build self-confidence, (6) Promote successful habits, and (7) Have fun being physically active!

They are all part of the fun in this introduction to physics. Feel the pull of precession with the bike wheel gyroscope. Fantastic Fliers​ Fly through flight and aerodynamics basics! Discover the four forces that affect flight. Make and test various plane designs to see these forces in action! Slime!​ Explore the exciting world of polymers, the chemical reactions we use to create them and the inner workings of silly putty. Transform two regular liquids into an oozing batch of your very own slime. Earthworks ​Dig into Earth Science! Uncover rock samples and discover how they formed. Inspect fluorescing minerals. Model the moving plates that cause bends and breaks. Mineral Mania ​Discover Planet Earth! Peek beneath the crust, and uncover what it's made of! Recreate the process of rock formations and learn how scientists classify and identify rocks and minerals. Experience the thrill of panning for gems. ​The Dirt on Garbage ​How can we help save the planet! Learn about the 3 R’s....reduce, reuse and recycle. We’ll create recycled creatures and even some environmental art!

The game has three main elements: Mining, Crafting and Creation. You have to mine a wide variety of materials, from basic and plentiful dirt, wood and stone to the much rarer diamonds, iron ore and even lava. The basic materials will allow you to begin creating right away, but for more complex constructions you will need to learn to craft one material with another to make new materials, allowing you to enhance your construction ideas. Warrior Service Group (Grades 2-­4) – Fee: NO FEE
This program is advised by Mrs. Lombardo and it teaches child participants how they can make their communities and their world a safer, cleaner and happier place. Children assume board positions and develop service projects for the benefit of their school and surrounding communities. Examples of service projects include creation and collections families in need of food and clothing, visits with the elderly and collections to benefit pets. This program teaches children the importance of leadership and giving back.
